Vitaal! provides the organisation where you work with a confidant. This means that if you encounter undesirable behaviour or integrity violations you can report it to the confidant. Read further to find out more about how this process works and how to make a report.
Undesirable behaviour or a violation in the field of integrity, it is a type of behaviour, which is perceived by you as threatening, humiliating or intimidating. It is therefore about your perception. It is behaviour of another person that makes you report to a confidential advisor. For example, about bullying, discrimination, theft, fraud or (sexual) harassment.
If you have any doubts about whether your situation could be considered undesirable behaviour or an integrity violation, fill in the form and you can then discuss it with the confidant.
"My name is Linda Lankveld, and I am your confidant. What drives me in this important role is ensuring a respectful, safe and inclusive working environment for everyone, including you! I am happy to contribute to that. I have a listening ear, I am empathetic and support you in making a choice in step(s) that you want to take regarding the report.
I can talk to you in Dutch, English and German. In any other language, I am happy to talk to you with an interpreter. This is a sworn interpreter, who is therefore also trusted''
